About Dr. Rasouli

Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility

I’m a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist at HRC Fertility in Newport Beach, and I’ve been a fertility patient myself. That experience shapes everything about how I practice. I know the waiting, the uncertainty, and the emotional weight that can come with every appointment, because I’ve felt them too. I completed my fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2026 and began seeing patients in Newport Beach in August 2026.

My approach starts with understanding what is actually affecting your fertility, then building a plan that fits your goals, your body, and your life. I practice rigorous, evidence-based medicine, but I also know that no two fertility paths look alike. I care about your reproductive outcome and your overall health, including how you eat, move, sleep, and cope along the way.

I earned both my Doctor of Medicine and my Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, which gave me a systems-level view of how patients experience care, from the first phone call to the final bill. I completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I served as Administrative Chief Resident.

My clinical and research interests include IVF, egg freezing, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS, the new name for PCOS), hypothalamic amenorrhea, and improving access to fertility care. I’ve authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations on fertility outcomes, reproductive ethics, and health policy, and I’ve been honored with awards for excellence in reproductive endocrinology, research, and leadership. Outside the clinic, I’m active in national organizations that advance fertility education and support women in medicine. Above all, I want you to leave every visit understanding your options and feeling supported, whoever you are and however you are building your family.
